A webring is a collection of websites linked together in a circular structure, usually organized around a specific theme, and often educational or social. They were popular in the 1990s and early 2000s, particularly among amateur websites.

Rules

Be a fan of a character under the gentleman/phantom/lady thief trope!
The site must be handcoded. No carrds, strawpages, etc.
WIPs are okay, but please have at least one page or so finished!
No racist, homophoic, etc. content please. NSFW is allowed on any page that isn't home or index— but please put a note in your description for a warning.
